We completely understand that you might have a change in circumstances, such as the cancellation of an event. In such a scenario, you may wish to cancel your order with  Crumbles Pâtisserie. If you wish to do so, the following terms apply:

a) If you cancel (7) or more days before the scheduled Date and Time, we will refund to you the entire cost of the Order, minus an administration fee of 10% and any reasonable costs incurred by us before your cancellation.

b) If you cancel your contract with less than (7) days from the scheduled date and time, we are happy to  apply store credit that you can use at a later date.
