Cookie Cake FAQ
We completely understand that you might have a change in circumstances, such as the cancellation of an event. In such a scenario, you may wish to cancel your order with Crumbles Pâtisserie. If you wish to do so, the following terms apply:
a) If you cancel (7) or more days before the scheduled Date and Time, we will refund to you the entire cost of the Order, minus an administration fee of 10% and any reasonable costs incurred by us before your cancellation.
b) If you cancel your contract with less than (7) days from the scheduled date and time, we are happy to apply store credit that you can use at a later date.
1What if I am allergic to some ingredients?
We understand if any customer has an allergy. If you are ordering online, please let us know in the special instructions. If you are calling in, please let us know before hand.
2Do you ship?
We do not ship our cookie cakes at the moment but are currently working on having that option in the near future.
3What if I have a custom order?
We advise to come to our location for all custom orders, or call us at (818) 469-6270
4When should I place my order?
We advise to place your order 1-2 weeks in advance if possible, but we are often still able to take last minute requests as well.
5Where are you located?
We are located at 17233 Ventura Blvd. Encino, CA 91316 in the "Plaza De Oro" complex directly behind Terrace Restaurant and Verizon Wireless. In order to find us, please enter the parking from the rear entrance accessible through Menchies or Telaviv Restaurant.
Floral Vase Arrangement FAQ
1How should the Cupcake arrangements be stored?
Cupcake arrangement can be stored in a 75° or lower Fahrenheit room for 3-4 hours and can last up to a week in the refrigerator.
2What are the cupcake flowers made of?
They are made with buttercream frosting.
3If my arrangement includes a vase, do I get to keep the vase?
Yes, the vase is yours upon purchase.
4What is the best way to transport the arrangement?
It is advised to bring someone with you to hold the arrangement while transporting.
5Can I bring in my own vase to use for the arrangement?
Yes, you can forward us a photo for approval then would have to bring in the vase at least 3-4 days in advance.
6How many days in advance would I need to place an order?
At LEAST, 3 days in advance.
